QSP Campaign Instructions

Our Annual QSP Fundraising Campaign has kicked off for the 2010 - 2011 school year.
Below please find the necessary information needed to help families with their orders.

Order forms: There are two separate order forms. Your child's name and class needs to be recorded on each form.

Magazine order form is located inside the QSP Magazine booklet.

QSP Gift Collection orders are to be completed on the 8.5 X 11 form.

Payment: Payment is made for BOTH gift items and magazines when the order is placed.
Gift Items; Cash or cheque (payable to the school)
Magazine Orders; Cash, cheque (payable to the school)Credit card: Mastercard or Visa

End date for orders:
All orders need to be returned to the school by October 18, 2010.
